Application close: August 4th - 18th

Program course dates: September 20 - December 17, 2021

In response to feedback, the LaunchPad course will be offered at a shortened length of 13 weeks (previously 18 weeks). The 13-week course will focus on the dual-customer workforce approach and how to design industry specific programming using adult learning best practices. This content will support participants to identify a targeted occupation and sector, build partnerships, identify workforce needs and design pre-employment programming to meet identified needs.

The course will also include a module on Trauma Informed Practice and Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression. See the complete revised course outline for reference.
